Shipping and Returns Policy

*SHIPPING DURING COVID 19: We are processing and shipping orders as normal with the support of An Post. Deliveries time will be stalled due to restrictions in place and can now take up to 5-7 days for delivery

We are based in Dublin, Ireland. We package and ship from here 6 days per week. Monday to Friday (9-5pm) and Saturday (9-11am). Deliveries within Ireland take 1-2 days after shipping (now 5-7 days during covid) and to UK/Europe 3-5 days (now 7-10 during covid) after shipping. The rest of the world can take up to 7 days after shipping (now 14 days during covid)

All items should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received. Please contact us for returns information.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We are not responsible for lost returned packages, and recommend you insure and track your package by registered post.

Shipping costs are calculated on region when checking out. There is free standard shipping in Ireland but rates apply for international shipping.
